This scheme provides representation to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council tenants facing possession proceedings at Court.
We are the only firm in Bolton with a Legal Services Commission Legal Aid Franchise in Housing Law. Legal Aid is means tested and If you qualify financially we can advise you free of charge. We may also be able to represent you in Court proceedings free of charge.
