Simon A Holt & Co was founded in 1974 by Simon Holt who now works as a Consultant to the firm. Caroline Marchbank-Caunce and Susan Ayre became Partners in 1998 and now head up the firm’s personal injury teams.

We are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Headway and the Spinal Injury Association and have particular experience in dealing with cases involving serious head and spinal injuries.

The firm also handles clinical negligence claims and recently have been involved in numerous cases involving negligent cosmetic surgery.
