Looking After the Finances of Vulnerable People
While you may be fully able to deal with your finances and property, family members or friends might not be. People who have a mental impairment (for instance through age, ill health or as a result of an accident) often need someone to look after their finances. The Court of Protection is a specialist Court set up to help a people who wish to look after the finances of a vulnerable relative or friend.
