Victoria qualified in 1997, having obtained her law degree and completed her Law Society Finals at Northumbria University. She joined Burnetts’ Medical Law team in March 2004 and in 2008 she became a Partner.

Victoria works exclusively in clinical negligence, representing those with complaints or claims against medical practitioners.

She has a particular specialism in cases arising from gynaecological treatment and has also acted for families who have suffered through the late diagnosis of cancers as well as cases where serious fractures have been missed. She has also experience of bringing complex clinical negligence cases to trial and has advised clients in connection with the inquest process.

Carlisle-born Victoria is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
