She handles a wide range of workplace and other serious accident and industrial disease claims including asbestos, Mesothelioma, occupational asthma, lead poisoning, repetitive back and upper limb injury. She handled the only known civil case involving the negligent transmission of HIV infection by an aids carrier to his gay partner.
 
Alicia trained with Thompsons Solicitors where she was a partner for 11 years before joining Pannone LLP as a Partner in 1999.
