Andrew is Head of the Travel Litigation Department, a Member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme (Law Society Personal Injury Panel) and a Partner at Pannone LLP.

Andrew specialises in no win, no fee holiday travel litigation for hotel food poisoning and illness compensation claims, holiday accidents and ruined holiday claims, including illnesses at hotels and cruise line sickness compensation claims.

He also acts for clients in airline and rail disasters. Andrew has been invited to comment in the media on many aspects of travel law, travel insurance and holiday related litigation.

He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), PEOPIL and the Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association.

Andrew trained at Berrymans Lace Mawer in Manchester where he qualified as a solicitor in 1990. He became a partner at Whittles in 1999 and moved to Pannone in 2003.
