David joined Pannone from national firm Hammonds in 2004. He was promoted to partner in 2006.

David advises a wide range of corporate and commercial clients based in the UK and overseas.

His practice includes large scale contractual disputes involving goods and/or services, partnership disputes and professional negligence.

He also advises on corporate matters arising from share and business sale agreements, particularly warranty claims, claims against directors and civil fraud and making or defending urgent applications for freezing injunctions and search orders.

David’s team acts on a wide range of defended litigation and contested debt recovery matters for clients ranging from owner managed businesses to listed and international companies.
