David is a Partner in the Commercial Property department at Pannone LLP.

Areas of Work Covered

David specialises in commercial property work with particular expertise in development work. He has dealt with a number of developments of major office schemes, large retail and industrial estates from inception through to completion and subsequent sales to investment funds.

His work embraces all aspects of development including acquisitions, options, lettings, funding, sales and ancillary matters such as construction and rights of light documentation and oversail agreements. He also deals with Landlord and Tenant matters.

Experience includes development of:

• A circa £30,000,000 office scheme in the centre of Manchester
• A large retail park on the outskirts of Bolton for which gross rentals are over £5,000,000
• Large industrial estates in Cheshire
• Large retail scheme of 300 plus apartments in the centre of Manchester
• TK Maxx Warehouse Distribution Centre in the Midlands

He has also assisted with regard to the acquisition of East Midland International Airport and Bournemouth International Airport, playing a key role with regard to the documentation in connection with the same.

In addition to being legally qualified David also has a degree in civil engineering.
