Lindsay is Head of International Property at Pannone LLP.

Lindsay is Head of the International Property team at Pannone LLP, one of only a select number of law firms in the UK practising in this specialist area. Experienced in the language and the intricacies of the French and Spanish conveyancing systems, she provides expert independent legal advice re the purchase and sale of residential properties in France and Spain.

Her work includes a complete end to end conveyancing service, translation, explanation of contracts and other legal documents and their implications, inheritance laws/considerations, tax planning (eg capital gains tax), company formation, commercial leases, drafting French legal documents and general advice on practical issues such as transfer of funds, third party contracts, life and property insurance, liaising directly with lawyers, agents and other parties in France and Spain daily.

Through her Pannone Law Group (PLG) colleagues Lindsay can also assist with property matters in Italy, Portugal, Cyprus and Switzerland.

She manages a dedicated team of bi-lingual lawyers, specialising in the French and Spanish property markets, all of whom also offer assistance to other colleagues and departments in matters with a French/Spanish connection, advising and translating as required.

Lindsay joined the firm in 1988 and is a graduate in Modern Languages & Literature. She speaks French and Spanish and is a member of ILEX.
