Lucy joined the Trusts and Probate department in 2004. She worked for Hart Brown in in Surrey before joining Pannone LLP in 2004.

She handles a wide range of Court of Protection work and acts as a professional Deputy for a number of clients, many of which are maximum severity brain injury cases. She also has experience in complex statutory wills and gift applications to the Court of Protection.
