Patrick is a partner in the Personal Injury department at Pannone LLP.

Patrick specialises in compensation claims for employer’s liability, accidents and industrial disease compensation on behalf of claimants, including Asbestos related diseases and vibration white finger compensation claims.

He has advised on a number of leading cases including acting for the claimant in Fox v Spousal (Midlands) Ltd and one of the three cases in the Fairchild group decided by the House of Lords in 2002, which have been described as the most important Asbestos cases of the last 25 years.

Other leading cases include Hall v British Gas which set the date of knowledge for the gas industry for vibration white finger, and most recently Maguire v Harland & Wolff in the Court of Appeal.

Patrick is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Patrick trained at John Pickering & Partners, qualifying as a solicitor in 1989 and becoming a Partner in 1992. He joined Pannone Solicitors in 2005.
