Pauline is a Partner in the Personal Injury department at Pannone LLP.

Pauline has conducted several pioneer cases which have become precedents - on costs, welder‘s lung and asbestos disease. A number of other cases have been reported in the legal and popular press, including a leading settlement of 4 asthma cases caused by AGM in nappies, believed to be the first of its type; and in 2006 a landmark judgement on bladder cancer from aniline dyes.

She acts for industrial disease clients from all over the country, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and America.

She has appeared on radio and TV in relation to many of her compensation claim cases. Pauline is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

Pauline qualified as a solicitor in 1974 having trained at Merton Clarks & Co. She was a personal injury solicitor and partner at Thompsons for 26 years specialising in industrial disease compensation and accident claims before joining Pannone Solicitors in 1999.
