Samantha is a Commercial partner and head of IP, IT & E Commerce at Pannone LLP. She is a key member of the Life Sciences and the International Trade team. Samantha was the Insider and Pro-Manchester Young Lawyer of the Year 2007 and Overall Young Professional of the Year 2007.

Samantha’s expertise includes intellectual property acquisitions and disposals, intellectual property audits, licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, R&D and collaboration agreements, software services and outsourcing contracts, technology-related services contracts and supply agreements, Data Protection Act and Privacy Regulations compliance, and on e-commerce, branding and advertising matters.

Samantha advises a cross-section of clients from University spin-outs and SMEs, to national and multi-national companies and local authorities.

Samantha joined Pannone LLP in May 2004 and was promoted to partner and head of IP, IT and E-Commerce later that year.
