Simon is a Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation department at Pannone LLP

Simon specialises in substantial company/commercial, banking and tax disputes, including actions involving breach of directors‘ and senior employees‘ duties, section 994 disputes, breach of warranty claims, commercial banking matters, actions on financial instruments and IT disputes, all often involving urgent injunctive relief.

Simon also has considerable experience of contested trust matters, and heads the team which deals with actions relating to contested trusts and probate, Inheritance Act claims and related matters. Simon is a member of ACTAPS (Association of contentious trust and probate specialists).

Simon is a fully qualified solicitor advocate, and has appeared for clients in a variety of matters ranging from short interim hearings up to substantial high court trials.

Simon joined Pannone in 1998 following training at Addleshaw Booth & Co.
