Stephen is a Partner and Head of the Commercial Property department at Pannone LLP

Stephen's experience as a commercial property lawyer covers all aspects of property development and property Joint Venture work and includes PFI/PPP Projects, off– shore wind farm developments and urban regeneration projects. He has experience of residential and commercial development work and mixed use regeneration projects including consortium arrangements, Joint Ventures, and local stakeholder participation. He is also familiar with private sector funding, grant funding agreements, construction procurement, state aid and OJEU requirements and strategies for the disposal of both residential and commercial units.

He acts for a wide range of corporations and public sector bodies.

Stephen studied at Jesus College Oxford and qualified in 1990. He worked with Slaughter and May in the City of London prior to moving to Manchester. He spent 6 years as a Partner at Masons before joining Pannone LLP. He now heads the firm’s Commercial Property team.
